Family, Foliage, and Four-Legged Friends: A Fall Day with Wes and Jordana in Colorado

When Wes and Jordana decided to take a trip to Frisco, Colorado, they knew it wouldn’t just be the two of them. Their traveling companions included their "fur kids"—two adorable French bulldogs and two adventurous cats, all of whom made the journey from Wisconsin to the Rocky Mountains a true family affair. With the help of Wes and Jordana’s parents, who joined them on the trip, this family was ready to explore the beauty of Colorado during peak foliage season.

The fall colors around Dillon Reservoir were in full display when we met up for a family photo session. The golden hues of aspens lit up the mountainsides, and the lake shimmered under the clear blue sky, providing the perfect backdrop for capturing these special moments. Wes and Jordana’s French bulldogs, full of energy and personality, posed with them against this stunning landscape. Their cats, a bit more camera-shy but equally part of the adventure, were safely wrangled with help from the grandparents.
